Emmet County Prosecuting Attorney James Linderman announced that on Thursday, Jan. 16, 2020, defendant James Leverne Rose was sentenced in the 57th Circuit Court in Emmet County on the one count of Operating While Intoxicated-Third Offense as a Habitual Offender Third Offense, stemming from his guilty plea on December 17, 2019.
Circuit Court Judge Charles W. Johnson sentenced defendant Rose to 30 months to 10 years on the one count of Operating While Intoxicated-Third Offense as a Habitual Offender Third Offense.
