Emmet County Prosecuting Attorney James Linderman announced that on Thursday, Jan. 9, 2020, defendant Jason Graham Grace was sentenced in the 57th Circuit Court in Emmet County on the one count of Operating with High BAC Causing Serious Impairment with Prior Conviction, and on one count of Reckless Driving Causing Serious Impairment of a Body Function stemming from his no-contest pleas on December 9, 2019.
Circuit Court Judge Charles W. Johnson sentenced defendant Grace to 57 months to 10 years on the one count of Operating with High BAC Causing Serious Impairment with Prior Conviction, and 13 months to 5 years on the one count of Reckless Driving Causing Serious Impairment of a Body Function with the sentences to be served concurrently.
